Developer terms

The operating rules for building on the Podnivo API.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for accurate registration information, access to your workspace and keeping server API keys confidential. Keys must not be embedded in public browser or mobile application bundles.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, publisher rights, privacy rights, rate limits or platform security. Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, quotas or access controls.

Catalog and publisher content

Podcast metadata, feeds and audio originate from publishers. Podnivo provides indexing and infrastructure; it does not transfer ownership of publisher content. Applications must respect applicable content and transcript permissions.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Paddle until canceled. Paddle calculates applicable tax at checkout. There are no automatic API overage charges in the self-serve plans; a workspace that reaches its quota receives HTTP 429 until it upgrades or the period resets. Plan changes and cancellations are managed in the Paddle customer portal and take effect according to the checkout or portal terms shown before confirmation.

These pages reflect the implemented data model and product controls. Have counsel finalize company identity, jurisdiction, refund/cancellation law, retention periods and processor disclosures before public launch.
